For my college honors thesis, I decided to combine my passion in design and photography to create the magazine below. Waves is a magazine that showcases the complexities of emotions through portrait photography. I used elements such as photographic psychology and color theory to not only showcase these emotions but evoke them from the reader. I also designed each section to match the emotion shown. Overall I was able to create a modern and cohesive magazine that was written, photographed, and designed by me.
