I act a marketing specialist for the company. Some of my responsibilites include creating marketing deliverables such as pricing analyses, offering memorandums, team brochures, email flyers, and more for my broker team. I also create marketing strategies for the team's deals and track data to further help in my promotion of the properties to potential buyers.
